We are taking private class bookings from Mon 19 Oct 2026, 22:00 (SGT). Available time slots with each of the teaching staff (plus their 45-miin rates in USD / EUR / AUD) will be shown for selection. If you don’t see any time slots, this means that all the private classes with that specific teaching staff member has sold out.

Teaching Staff Members are:

• Maxime or Torri – 7 available
• Joao – 6 available
• Savana – 6 available
• Chuck – 9 available
• Lauren – 9 available
• JP – 9 available
• Emma – 9 available

Please note that Maxime and Torri can’t teach in the same time slots as one has to look after their daughter while the other teaches. When  booking a private class with either one of them, please clearly state who you want your private class with in the “Remarks” section when checking out your cart.

The non-refundable booking fee of SGD20 per private class has to be paid to confirm your private class booking. This contributes to renting the floor space just for private classes. Please be clear what each teaching staff’s private class rate (USD / EUR / AUD) is before booking!

You can only book private classes that have been scheduled – you will not be able to arrange private classes outside of the schedule. The private class schedule is arranged with consideration to:
* Instructors’ schedules.
* Space available for private classes.
* Time allowed for instructors / students to walk from Rhythm Room to The Riverhouse and back.

The venue / floor space for private classes will be as follows:

• Thu 29 Oct @ Rhythm Room, 13:00 to 17:00
• Fri 30 Oct @ Rhythm Room, 13:00 to 17:00
• Sat 31 Oct @ The Riverhouse, 13:00 to 17:00
• Sun 1 Nov @ The Riverhouse, 13:00 to 17:00

Terms and conditions:
1) Be on time for your private class. Late arrival will reduce the length of your class.
2) You must have a dance buddy to be in the class with you – you can be denied your private class if you turn up without a dance buddy.
3) To avoid overcrowding in the Private Class area, only registered persons will be allowed to stay in the area. One dance buddy per private class student.
4) You are required to pay the instructor in cash AT THE START of the private class, and in the required currency (USD / EUR / AUD). Please bring the exact amount (no change).
5) Only SWW pass holders are allowed to book private classes. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you do not hold an event pass to SWW26.

Booking Private Classes with Judging Staff

If you wish to book private classes with any of the Judging Staff, please contact the teachers directly about booking a class before booking floor space.

We will provide the floor space for private classes with the judging staff, but please note that SWW will charge a SGD20 floor fee per private. This is because we need to pay additional costs to provide that floor and it will only be used for private lessons.

The available floor space / venue for private classes will be as follows:

• Fri 30 Oct @ Rhythm Room, 13:00 to 17:00
• Sat 31 Oct @ The Riverhouse, 13:00 to 17:00
• Sun 1 Nov @ The Riverhouse, 13:00 to 17:00

Please do not book outside of the available schedule.
